What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a structured, forward-focused process that helps you clarify what you want, identify what’s getting in the way, and create a simple plan to move forward.
What’s the difference between therapy and life Coaching?
While life coaching and therapy can both lead to meaningful personal growth, they serve different purposes and start from different points.
Therapy is primarily focused on healing — understanding and processing past experiences, emotional wounds, or mental health challenges that may be affecting your present. A therapist helps you explore patterns, manage emotions, and work through psychological or behavioral issues so you can regain stability and wellbeing.
Life coaching, on the other hand, is forward-looking and action-oriented. It assumes you’re ready to move from stability toward progress — to set goals, make confident decisions, and build the systems that create consistent results. Rather than diagnosing or treating, a coach partners with you to clarify your vision, uncover blind spots, and design a plan that bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
